When you use Kolvexa, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, and identity provided at signup via Clerk
• Organizational data: clients, projects, tasks, invoices, meetings, and notes created by your team
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe — Kolvexa never stores card data
• Preference settings: timezone, currency, language, branding, and notification preferences

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve Kolvexa:

• Provide and operate platform features
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
• Power AI features (daily brief, assistant, project blueprint)
• Send operational notifications (invoice reminders, meetings, task alerts)
• Detect and prevent abusive or fraudulent activity
• Improve service reliability and performance

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Kolvexa data is stored on secure infrastructure managed by our trusted providers:

• Supabase (PostgreSQL) — account, organization, and operational data
• Clerk — authentication and sessions
• Stripe — payment and subscription data (PCI DSS compliant)

All data transmissions between your browser and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription. When a subscription expires or is cancelled:

• Your workspace enters read-only mode for 90 days
• You retain full access to view and export your existing data
• After 90 days, organization data is permanently deleted
• Personal account data can be removed by closing your account

Enterprise plans include export tools allowing you to download all your data before any deletion occurs.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in Kolvexa
• Export your operational data (subject to your plan)
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Contact us with any privacy-related questions

Kolvexa uses session cookies necessary for authentication and maintaining your login state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notification. The last updated date is always shown at the top of this page.
