Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kolvexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use Kolvexa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Kolvexa is an operational management platform enabling service teams to manage clients, projects, tasks, invoices, meetings, and automation in a unified workspace. We provide the service as-is within the limits defined by your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for the security of your account and access granted to team members
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person is permitted
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Kolvexa offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partially used periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Add-ons (extra members, organizations) are available on eligible plans

When a paid subscription expires or is cancelled, your workspace enters read-only mode:

• You can view and export your existing data for 90 days
• Creating new records is disabled in read-only mode
• After 90 days, organization data is permanently deleted
• We will send reminders before data deletion occurs

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Kolvexa. We claim no ownership rights over your client, project, or operational data.

By using Kolvexa, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to:

• Use Kolvexa for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other organizations
• Overload or disrupt the platform infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute Kolvexa access without authorization
• Upload malicious or harmful content

We strive to keep Kolvexa available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance or unforeseen events may cause brief interruptions. We will communicate extended outages.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Termination for violations does not entitle you to a refund.

Kolvexa is provided as-is without express or implied warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid during your last three months of subscription.

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
